Ghana battles Egypt for final World Cup slot

The Black Stars of Ghana will host
seven time African champions
Egypt in Kumasi in the first leg of
the final World Cup playoff in
October.
The last time they two teams met
in a competitive game was the
final of the 2010 AFCON finals in
Angola with Egypt winning a
narrow 1-0 victory.
In other fixtures Ivory Coast and
Senegal will engage in a
blockbuster clash with bad blood
still simmering after the two
teams were engaged in a foul
tempered AFCON qualifier last
year.Burkina Faso will host
Algeria,Ethiopia will host Nigeria
and Tunisia is hosting Cameroon.
All first leg qualifiers will be held
between 11-15 October.
