Eto'o double downs Schalke

Samuel Eto'o charges down Timo Hildebrand's clearance to open the scoring for Chelsea against Schalke
Samuel Eto'o made the most of his recall to the Chelsea starting line-up with two goals against Schalke as Jose Mourinho's side took control of Champions League Group E.
Despite an opening day home defeat to outsiders Basel, Chelsea are now three points clear at the top of the group and will secure a last-16 berth if they avoid defeat in Switzerland later this month.
Mourinho rang the changes following Saturday's Premier League defeat to Newcastle, with Frank Lampard, Juan Mata, Eden Hazard and David Luiz all left out of the starting XI. But it was Eto'o who stole the show, scoring for his ninth consecutive season in the Champions League when he blocked Timo Hildebrand's clearance on the half-hour mark.
The Cameroon striker then completed his double midway through the second half with a fine first touch from Willian's pass teeing him up perfectly to sweep low to Hildebrand's right. Demba Ba then completed the scoring when he volleyed home from an excellent Lampard lob pass with seven minutes to go.
