Kevin-Prince Boateng says Schalke do not intend to turn up and play tourists at Stamford Bridge tonight.
The German side were beaten 3-0 at home by Chelsea two weeks ago but Boateng said: “We’re not here just to sight-see. We’ll do our best.
“We had the first leg and we saw the strength of Chelsea. We’re a little bit more experienced now and we know a little bit more about their team. It’s going to be a different game.”
Chelsea are still licking their wounds following the club's shock 2-0 defeat away to Newcastle United on the weekend.
Manager Jose Mourinho has promised to make wholesale changes to the line-up against Schalke - with several big names expected to be omitted.
