Pellegrini puts on his training gear as he takes his first session at Manchester City

Manchester City players arrived back in training on Monday under a new manager and with skipper Vincent Kompany leading the way.
Boss Manuel Pellegrini will get the chance to take his new players through their paces, including £30million midfielder Fernandinho, who joins from Shakhtar Donetsk.
Javi Garcia was one of the first players to chat with Pellegrini on the training ground and there were a host of other players about.

Also training were England stars Jack Rodwell, Scott Sinclair, James Milner and Micah Richards, as they all look to push their claims for a City starting role next season.
A nervous Fernandinho flew into Manchester over the weekend, and said on Twitter: 'Time to sleep, tomorrow my first day of work at Man City, I am very anxious.'
He has also said that if it wasn't for the influence of his dad he may well have ended up as a goalkeeper.

Speaking to Four Four Two, Fernandinho said: 'When I was a child I was a great fan of the Brazilian keeper Taffarel.
'Because of him I wanted to be a goalkeeper too! But thank God, my father did not let me and made sure I only played with my feet!'
He has also revealed he is to start taking English lessons to try and fit in at City: 'I'm going to start English classes to learn a quickly as possible, but right now I can communicate in Spanish without problems.'
Fernandinho bid his farewell from Shakhtar Donetsk after eight years at the club, and was given a celebratory shirt by his old club with 284 on the back, which was the number of games he played for Ukranian outfit.
