Ronaldinho has undergone a dental surgery to have his teeth straightened and realigned according to Brazilian newspaper O Globo.
The former Barcelona man’s surgery took less than an hour and involved the insertion of porcelain veneers on the gums.
Ronaldinho had the short medical procedure on Tuesday in the city of
Belo Horizonte. He later went on to train with his Atletico Mineiro
team-mates ahead of their game on Wednesday with Bahia in the Campeonato
Brasileiro.
Ronaldinho’s brother Roberto Assis was quoted to have said after the surgery:
“It’s part of his normal treatment and won’t affect him at all.”
