Ronaldinho has denied reports that he is on the verge of leaving Atletico Mineiro of Brazil.
Turkish
side Besiktas are reported to have made a bid for the 33-year-old, who
counts Paris St-Germain, Barcelona and AC Milan among his previous
clubs. The 2002 World Cup winner recently helped Mineiro claim their first ever Copa Libertadores when they beat Olimpia of Paraguay in a penalty shoot-out at the end of a 2-2 aggregate draw.
The Brazilian superstar's brother and agent Assis recently met with Besiktas club officials, but Ronaldinho rejected suggestions that a deal for him to move was in the offing.
"I am not thinking of anything except Atletico Mineiro," he told Superesportes.
"I am very happy here, I'll see out my contract.
"My brother's trip (to Turkey) was to talk about other players, but then people started speculating. I am very happy here."
