The right back who today confirmed a deal with South African division one side Santos in an interview with Robert Marawa on Soccer Africa said the Black Stars know exactly what has to be done .
“At the moment we do not get pressured but what I do know is this game is tricky because we know what the Egyptians are capable of.I am not shaken however because i know the game has been won.We know how to tackle those games.We do not look at who we are playing.We just focus on the game and getting a win to confirm our ticket to Brazil and making the fans happy and the continent proud.There is no pressure.We just know we want a win and also to repeat the performance when we go to Egypt”.
Quizzed on the caliber of players selected by head coach Kwesi Appiah,Painstil said the team was unified in its desire to succeed which made them a tough proposition for any team.
“The coach has called the best players .Whoever has been called is ready to play.These players are regulars at club sides in Europe.There is something in the team which makes us unified and nothing can separate us.We have not played the game yet but I know the boys are ready and are not feeling any pressure.
