Manchester City new signing Alvaro Negredo has hit out at his former League claiming the Spanish La Liga is not competitive.
The former Sevilla player also talked about Gareth Bale’s proposed
move to Real Madrid claiming the Welsh sensation is not up to the level
of Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi yet.
In an interview with La voz de la Seleccion, he said:
“La Liga is not competitive as it should be. The Premier League is
well organized in every sense and Spanish football needs to take note of
the positive aspect of other leagues.”
About Gareth Bale, he said:
“He’s not at the level of Cristiano Ronaldo or Messi yet but he could get there because he’s got enormous quality.”
