Queens Park Rangers have "reluctantly" accepted a transfer request by Scotland international forward Jamie Mackie.
The 27-year-old has been linked with
a move to Championship rivals Nottingham Forest
having found his first-team chances limited at Loftus Road.
Mackie has played 94 times, scoring 18 times, for Rangers since first moving to the club from Plymouth in 2010.
"No player will leave QPR unless the club's valuation is met," an official club statement read.
Mackie, who has been capped nine times by Scotland, came through the Wimbledon youth system, and has also had a spell at Exeter
