Brazil shortlist Ghana and Zambia for October friendly

World Cup Hosts and Confederation Cup Champions Brazil are looking to book a friendly date with either the Black Stars of Ghana or the Chipolopolo of Zambia for the October International Friendly date.

The Samba Boys who are not involved in any World Cup qualifiers are using friendlies around the world to prepare for the World Cup.

Brazil are seeking to play an African country on Tuesday, October 15, 2013 and Zambia and Ghana are one of the two nations on the top of that list.

The game is scheduled to take place in China’s architectural masterpiece – The Bird’s Nest but ahead of that, the Brazil Football Confederation (CBF) will make a confirmation of the opponent for the Selecao on September 26.

The last time Ghana played Brazil Neymar gave Daniel Opare a torrid time, resulting in Opare receiving a red card.
