Guinness sends goodwill message to Black Stars
From the fastest goal of the 2006 World Cup by Asamoah Gyan to Stephen Appiah’s well- placed penalty against USA through to Asamoah Gyan’s extra-time winner against USA in South Africa, Guinness the official beverage sponsor of the Black Stars has spurred the team on in their world cup campaigns.
As Ghana prepares to play Egypt in the final world cup qualifier, Guinness’ support for the Black Stars is still unwavering.
To demonstrate this support, Guinness will be rallying support for the team by giving 60 lucky consumers a VIP experience of a lifetime at the Ghana vs Egypt match in Kumasi. 30 of these consumers were selected from Accra while the other 30 were selected from Kumasi.
All 60 consumers will enjoy VIP seating at the game, free food and drinks, while consumers from Accra will enjoy a luxurious bus trip to Kumasi and back as well as plush accommodation in Kumasi.
These consumers were spontaneously selected in bars in the days leading up to the big match. All they had to do was to be seen enjoying Guinness in bars.
This follows a similar execution for the Ghana vs Zambia game where 60 lucky consumers got a VIP treat at the game.
You could also be a lucky winner next time. Enjoy an ice-cold Guinness today.
