Burkina Faso to host Ethiopia friendly

The Stallions will face the Walias as preparation ahead of their World Cup playoff return matches set for mid November
Burkina Faso will play a friendly match against Ethiopia on November 5 in the West African country’s capital Ouagadougou, local officials said on Thursday.
Both teams are participating in the World Cup playoff, with the Stallions facing Algeria in the return leg and Nigeria entertaining the Ethiopians.
The Burkinabe FA says the meeting with Ethiopia will help in preparing them for their upcoming clash.
The Walias will also use the friendly against the 2013 Africa Cup of Nations finalists in the hope of improving their form, following their 2-1 home defeat to the Super Eagles in the first leg.
Burkina Faso drew 1-1 against Nigeria at the 2013 Afcon during the group stage, before both sides eventually met in the final which Nigeria won
